Well I have never run the MP in Aus.
Once had a team that were running in Operation Morphous / Sydney who
intercepted a radio message from the MP in America it was Station Damocles.

I had the same problem as you running that in that I did not know the country
I was running in as well as I might have.
I would say look at the modules and see what you can use or take it on a few
years and run it as Part of the Atlantis project.
