  Go look at the your sources again.   I'll bet you that the 20 million
fatalities was the worldwide number or was the estimated number of those
infected in N.A..   I agree that a new super-flu could pack a lot of punch.
 However, biologicals aren't very good tactical weapons and as strategic
weapons there is a big probability that they will backfire on their users.
