We visited this topic a while back (sheesh, have I been on the list that
long?) Any way, we agreed they only real way was to freeze the dog with
the handler, as it takes years to train a dog correctly, like for S&R, or
security work. We have one in our game, even with a full char sheet for
him, he was part of the persons 5kg personal allowance. While not a
security dog, he did help them more then they expected.
