Gamma-irridiated vacuum-packed food will keep nearly forever!!! (you can't
get it cause it's not Govt approved much yet). It is not dried, dehydrated,
smoked, canned, mixed..it is actual fresh food that keeps about 350 years so
long as the plastic is intact. THAT is most likely what the project provides.
