Gee, how about this to open up those hatches.

Passing through woodded rolling hills on a fire road, he team stumbles
across the remains of a National Guard M-113. The skeletal remains of the
squad are a grisly emphasis to the method used by the victor. The vehicle
is impaled with a finned phone pole tipped with a steel point, fired into
it broadside. Apparently it hit a stored Dragon missle, causing a
catastrophic kill. Now the players realize the purpose of the strange
giant crossbow model worshipped by the nearby villagers.

"Hey Frank, do you hear someone chanting?"

	Or, maybe..

"Hey Sam, that kid is playing with an old LAW tube!"

		"Yeah, so are those two."

		"And those three over there!"

"Why are thay all laughing at us and waving Bye-Bye?"
