   But this DID happen.  Twice, I think.  Right now there are at least two
ComSats up in GEOSYNC orbit that didn't do ANYTHING upon arrival on station.
 They never deployed their antennas, never dumped the protective shroud, and
never talked back to ground control.  They are wasted money.  Corperate
Money, but I don't remember whose.

   Also, it happened BEFORE the Russians had become Russians again.  I don't
have a lot of data on this, but do remember Tom Brokaw telling me about it on
the Evening News.  1984 - 85.  The ComSat's builder screwed up.

   Just trying to use real-world events to support my game.
