Re: Airscouts (was Level of Detail?)
Joe-
In a message dated 97-04-15 12:11:21 EDT, you write:

I figure you could pull it off several times, just because the AirScout is
so poor of an attack aircraft. Just spread out the attacks, do other things
to draw attention away from the Air Bases, then like Burt Reynolds said in
"The Longest Yard", "Well, it worked once....."

Understand, I'm fiarly satisfied with the AirScout. Some of my comments
are intended for humor. (Overstatement) A C-130 or C-123 is a great
support plane. I lve High Explosives. Drop them from on high if you really
need air support. I'm reminded of the Hand-to-Hand supplement. "... Look
around you, are you sure you can't find a way out of this? (fighting)"
The AirScout's greatest utility is long-range aerial recon for small
teams. If you've (not you, Joe, others reading this) ever had this, and then
lost it, you know just what you've lost and are probably crying your eyes
out. I would be.
Thanks :o)
