	As apllied to civilians, yes.  As applied to State chartered and run
military organizations, it stands.  I think there is a requitrement for non
GI details.  IE non-subdued patches, non Army?USMC hats, differnet camo
pattern.  Just as long as you do not duplicate the Federal uniforms.
