   Sorry Erik, there is no "formal" conversion system that I use - so
nothing to write up...
I just go with whatever seems right to me. I can send you my character
creation notes if you like (short enough) but everyhting else is just off my
head.

   Of course the E Cells are RECHARGEABLE (forgot to mention that), the MP
people weren't stupid (or wasteful). All the vehicles run of 1 (or more) of
the 2000 lb NPU's, with the exception of the Airscout and MP Cycle which run
on the Rechargables. The NPU produces about 225 KW at the above weight,
which is more than sufficient for most vehicles, and still well within the
weight limits of military APC's, etc. The ranger is a problem I admit, as it
either needs 2 NPU's or reduces it's top speed considerably (I haven't
decided which route to go yet), which is a pain
because my team has a Ranger MCP.
