OK - the "Pebble Bed Nuclear Reactor" uses very small fuel units, each a
shpere the size of a tennis ball, and they are *rotated* throughthe core.
These units do *not* have a big containment building and are FAR less
expensive. The ABCNews article is gone, but here is a different article that
